Mr Jamie Gilchrist's career has focused on a strong commitment in the area of Next Generation Communications for both community growth as well as communications interoperability for first responders. To this end, he setup the first interoperability test with the RCMP in the 700 Spectrum in Ottawa to test how the service will better their communications.
With several years experience as an internet security specialist, both as an employee and contractor, Jamie has consulted with both Cata and Industry Canada on interoperability issues pertaining to rural regions using LTE Alpha tested wireless technology with Navini (which was bought out by Cisco).
The scope of his experience encompasses two major concepts: (1) the capacity to perform risk analysis and risk mitigation with the goal of critical decision making based on balancing issues related to the internet and Communications, and (2) the framework of business knowledge management encompassing the design, implementation and management of national projects and programmes, particularly the community elements of governance and standard operating procedures for voice and data communications. His professional experience includes the analysis of complex data related to various aspects of communications and security; developing and conducting information technology projects; the management of major contracts, the development of training and awareness material related to change management; and the supervision of business and information technical staff.

Mr. Shan Padda is a successful professional who has dedicated himself to community participation and development with concentration on race relations, community outreach, and multicultural programs. He was a candidate representing the major Political Party for the Provincial Party during the provincial election of 1995 & 1999 and held the various elected office in Political Party hierarchy for number of years and participated in many election campaigns over the years.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and practices Canadian immigration law. As an immigration lawyer he processes refugee claims, prepares applications for immigration to Canada under family class, skill workers, business class, and entrepreneur categories.
Coupled with his immigration expertise he is able to close residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also act as a General Counsel to Network Opportunity Fund of Brampton Ontario. (www.networkfund.ca)
He has worked with Waldman & Associates one of the leading immigration law firms in Canada. For the past twenty years Mr. Padda was employed by Regional Municipal Government and multinational and Canadian corporations and work in the field of Internation Trade In recognition for his outstanding service to the community Mr. Padda has been honoured with two medals from Governor General of Canada - Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canada and the Queen 50th Golden jubilee medal.
He is a certified member of the National Purchasing Association of Canada and holds a C.P.P. designation. He is a member of Ontario Municipal Management Institute and has earned CMMII designation.
Mr. Adrien Ladouceur has over 20 years experience in sales, negotiation and communication, and his professional career is dedicated to creating and fostering win/win scenarios in the areas of technology, risk management and high performance team dynamics. A certified risk manager, Adrien has six years experience in the insurance industry. With a further background with the military and self-defense training, Adrien cultivates a philosophy of imagination, creativity, morality, self-discipline and focus into everything he does.
Adrien holds education in English and Computer Science and Technology through Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and Risk Management through the University of Toronto.
